Most problems with the App can be resolved by logging out of the App and logging back in again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us. Please let us know what you were doing / what feature you were accessing when the issue occurred, so we can investigate and resolve the issue faster.

The authentication token lasts for 7 days. If you stay signed in for more than 7 days you will need to sign out and back in again to refresh.
